One of my favourite parts about volunteering here are the friends I’ve made along the way. We now see each other socially as well as when we volunteer, which is really important to me.

I have been a volunteer at Naomi House & Jacksplace for 5 years. I enjoy sorting through book donations and helping out at the warehouse. We have an amazing team here! I feel fulfilled in my role as a volunteer as the work we do helps support the care of children and young adults, and their families.

I have been volunteering for Naomi House & Jacksplace for four years and I absolutely love it. You get to do all sorts of different things, from sorting donations to putting stock out on the shop floor, and working with a lovely team of people. We have lot's of fun together. If someone is considering becoming a volunteer, I'd say do it. It's a really lovely thing to do because you are giving a little bit of your time to make a really big difference in people's lives.
