Children’s Hospice Week Store Wars Challenge
Local businesses across the south took over seven of our shops today! (Thursday 25th May).
Teams from SWR Group, BNP Parabis, Serocor, ESA Serviced Apartments and Cisco took charge of our shops to see who could raise the most, for Children’s Hospice Week.
The challenge has been building up for weeks, with the teams setting up their fundraising pages, decorating their shops in their chosen theme and even training for a cycle challenge!
Our shops in Alton, Chineham, Cosham, Eastleigh, Newbury, Southampton and Waterlooville were transformed into Baywatch, Superheroes, Teletubbies and Where’s Wally themes.
Corporate Fundraiser at Naomi House & Jacksplace, Jill McDonagh, said:
The support we’ve had from these teams has been incredible. They’ve all worked so hard to “Up the Volume” and shout about our hospices today for Children’s Hospice Week. The money they’ve raised for us will make a huge difference to our hospices and help us continue to provide vital care and support to life-limited and life-threatened children and young adults from across central southern England.
