Volunteer Feedback Coordinator

We are looking for a friendly volunteer to take responsibility of completing telephone feedback surveys with families who have used our services.

The role involves:

Contacting families with a list of pre agreed questions and passing on any queries to the Care Management Team to manage and respond.

We will provide appropriate training and support.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Friendly and personable
  • Confident on the telephone
  • Able to accept feedback without trying to solve 
  • Understands the importance of confidentiality
  • Available one morning or afternoon a week for 3-4 hours
