A little more about me...

Lesley has been with Naomi House & Jacksplace since June 2010.

She trained as an adult registered nurse and spent the early part of her career working in a variety of London hospitals and in project management within a Community NHS Trust.

She completed a Diploma in Health Services Management, moved to Surrey in 1987 to manage NHS orthopaedic and private patient services at Frimley Park Hospital.

In 2002 she moved to the South Coast to manage private patient services at St Richard’s Hospital, Chichester. During this time, she undertook a masters degree in business administration (MBA) at Portsmouth University which she was awarded in 2006. In 2005 she was appointed Head of Clinical Services/Matron with the Nuffield Group to clinically manage one of their larger hospitals near Southampton.

She joined Naomi House in June 2010 as Care Manager for Jacksplace and was subsequently appointed as Director of Care in September 2010.

Lesley has an extensive clinical background, with experience in staff and budgetary management, project management, contracting and commissioning, service transformation and service design/redesign.
