We’ve made a few changes to this year’s route to make it more enjoyable for everyone.
The new course avoids busy roads and tight sections, giving you more space and peace of mind along the way. We’ve also picked out clearer paths and different crossing points, so the day runs as smoothly as possible. It still takes in the same great scenery and sights of Winchester but enables us to continue developing the event.

Santa Fun Run is not just an opportunity to enjoy Christmas and stay active; it’s also a chance to make a positive impact on the environment.
By bringing your own water bottle and using local refill stations, you’ll be helping to reduce plastic waste, lower your carbon footprint and promote a more sustainable future.
Lets spread the joy of Christmas and sustainability as you participate in this fun and festive event.
Together we can make a difference one refill at a time.
The nearest water fountain to the finish is by King Alfred’s Statue in Abbey Gardens.
You’ll receive a festive keyring and a yummy mince pie when you cross the finish line.
You can hang your keyring on the Christmas tree or keep it on your keys, they are the perfect memento of the day.
There will be no access for spectators to the finish funnel. They MUST remain outside of the barriers at all times. You won't be able to re-enter the funnel once you have recieved your keyring and mince pie.
Merry Christmas!
