Vote for Naomi House & Jacksplace to win up to £100,000

Naomi House sensory garden

We’re delighted to be through to the nomination stage of the Persimmon Homes Building Futures project, giving us the chance to win up to £100,000! But we need your help!

Regional housebuilder, Persimmon Homes, has teamed up with Team GB to create the ‘Building Futures’ project, which gives 96 causes, including Naomi House & Jacksplace, the chance to win up to £100,000 through a national online public vote.

The cash prize from this project would go towards building a brand new interactive sensory garden at Naomi House & Jacksplace. The garden will be a brand new area linking the Naomi House and Jacksplace gardens, providing a multitude of sensory spaces based on the 5 senses. Each space will create interaction with the user for therapy, relaxation and play, using inclusive and wheelchair accessible equipment. There will be active play spaces as well as quieter relaxation spaces for contemplation and therapy. The garden will be designed to engage, develop and heal the life limited and life threatened children and young adults in our care.
