We held our first ever outdoor cinema experience, Cinema Under Canvas, on 25th June at Sunnyfields Farm. With 430 people attending we raised nearly a fantastic £3500 for the hospices.

Audience members could enjoy a full day of musical favourites including Encanto, The Greatest Showman and Bohemian Rhapsody.
And despite the changing weather on the day, viewers could sit back, relax and watch their film in the comfort of a huge marquee.

As well as films there were tasty refreshments on offer, from ice creams to nachos and of course, must-have popcorn. Viewers also had the opportunity to take part in fun sensory activities from the hospices. These types of activities help children and young adults to develop their senses, encourage problem solving and build nerve connections, it is also a lot fun!

It was a pleasure to host our first ever Cinema Under Canvas, at Sunnyfields Farm. What a beautiful sunny day, filled with Hollywood classics, catchy songs and just a few spots of rain! It was fantastic to see the local community come out with their families to support the life limited and life threatened children and young adults who visit our hospices. Thank you for your continued support, it really does make a difference.

We would like to say a huge thank you to Sunnyfields Farm for allowing us to use their marquee for Cinema Under Canvas.
