This is a team like no other as you will have access to GB coach and founder of 'Running With Us", Nick Anderson. He and his team will give you the best top tips and advice to support you in your running challenge as well as a training guide.

You will also get support from Kris & Lucy at Winchester Wellness. Kris is an osteopath and Lucy is a physiotherapist & clinical Pilates instructor. They will provide you with little bite size pieces of advice within the group as well as answering any injury, recovery, or pain questions that you may have.
