Family Stories

Naomi House & Jacksplace supports children, young adults and their families from across central southern England.  Each family has their own unique story to tell, and as they bravely speak through the videos and written stories below, you can find out how the hospices are there to support them on good days, difficult days and last days.

Connor's Story

Connor was an artist who loved music, singing and computer games. He had Duchenne muscular dystrophy, and received support from our hospices for over 15 years. This is his story.

Logan-Ann's Story

14-month-old Logan-Ann is a happy, content little girl with an infectious smile who loves to be held and cuddled. She has Down’s Syndrome (Trisomy 21) and a heart condition together with respiratory and gastrointestinal problems. This is her story.
