PB Fitness Cardio HIIT Workout

Naomi House dad and PB Fitness owner, Peter, has created this relentless cardio HIIT workout for you to do from home to Spring into Action for Naomi House & Jacksplace!

When asked why he took on the Spring into Action challenge, Peter said...
"It's a great way to highlight the amazing work at Naomi House, which is one of Phoebe's happiest places. The support they give us as parents is amazing. In these uncertain times, keeping fit both physically and mentally is so important, and by just doing 10 - 15 minutes of exercise a day, you will see a massive improvement in your mood, due to the release of endorphins. We have found it so helpful since being in self isolation with Phoebe, that we've set aside time everyday for a 10 minute family workout."
