Spring into Action this March for Naomi House & Jacksplace!

Sign up to our very first virtual sporting event - Spring into Action! Spring into Action is a running, cycling or swimming event that you can complete with your family, friends, colleagues or sporting club, in the comfort of your own surroundings, in your own time!

All you have to do is pick your sport - running, cycling or swimming, set your mileage for March (suggested options below), gather your team mates and sign up. Then it's up to you to complete your mileage goal, however you'd like, in the 31 days of March 2020. Increase your gym visits, take part in more park runs, take on more home turbo trainer sessions or add more lengths to your weekly swim - however you choose to reach your goal, know that you'll be helping make a difference to the seriously ill children and young adults in our care.

Suggested goals:

  • Running - 31 miles in 31 days
  • Cycling - 300 miles in a month
  • Swimming - 5 miles in March


Entry & Fundraising

Entry is just £10 per person. Included in this is a fundraising pack and a Naomi House & Jacksplace t-shirt, as well as a certificate and virtual medal, which you'll receive at the end of March/upon completion of your goal. We also have a few fundraising incentives for you...

  • If you raise £20 sponsorship for Naomi House & Jacksplace, you will receive a stylish blue Naomi House buff
  • If you raise £40 sponsorship, you will receive a buff and an events medal (not virtual) to display proudly at home

Within your team, setup a JustGiving Page or Facebook Fundraiser so that people can sponsor you as you Spring into Action, and help raise vital funds for Naomi House & Jacksplace! Share your involvement on your social media platforms, by sharing training photos with suggested copy of "I'm running 31 miles in 31 days/cycling 300 miles in a month/swimming 5 miles in March for Naomi House & Jacksplace" - be sure to tag us @naomiandjack.

Record your miles on one of the many platforms available (Strava, FitBit, Garmin etc.) and at the end of the month, send us a screenshot of your running, swimming or cycling success by emailing: hello@naomihouse.org.uk.
