We're bringing the Fire Walk back for 2020!
On Friday 27th March from 7:30pm, take on the ultimate challenge of fire walking to support your local hospices!
Fire walking is the practice of walking barefoot over hot coals or wood. When the fire has burned to red hot embers, it is raked level and prepared for the walk. The temperature will be around 649 degrees Celsius. The sensation is described as walking on eggshells or walking on hot sand.
Charity firewalking is a great way to fundraise and will certainly give you a story or two to tell your friends!
Take on the heat and sign up today to support the seriously ill children and young adults in our care. Thank you!
Please note: No prior training is required apart from a 40 minute seminar that would take place just before the event. There is no strenuous physical exercise involved and no medical restrictions to take part in fire walking.
