Now imagine leaning forward out of that doorway and letting go – falling forward into the clouds, diving down through the air as you start freefalling at over 120mph!

Then imagine the peace and quiet as the canopy opens, the steering toggles down either side of you and you begin a tranquil parachute descent from a mile up in the air, steering yourself back down to the centre of the drop zone below.

Terms and Conditions of Entry: Please read all sections carefully before agreeing to the Terms & Conditions below.

To participate in the Naomi House & Jacksplace Skydive day 2020, you must read and accept the terms and conditions mentioned below, which form your Participant’s Fundraising Agreement. In return we will register you for one of our places in return of this accepted declaration. 

Deposit and Sponsorship:

When you pay your £50 non-refundable deposit, you will reserve your place with the Army Parachute Association for Naomi House & Jacksplace skydive day on 16th August 2020. To participate in Naomi House & Jacksplace skydive day you will need to raise a minimum of £395 in sponsorship.

Set out below are the terms and conditions on which I will raise funds for Naomi House & Jacksplace: 

The minimum age is 16 years and any jumper under 18 must be accompanied by a parent and guardian as well as a medical form signed by the parent/ guardian.

There is a weight restriction to Skydive. In order to take part, you must weigh no more than 16 stone. I confirm that I am 16 stone or under.

I acknowledge that I take part in the Naomi House & Jacksplace Skydive day 2020 at my own risk and it is my responsibility to undertake appropriate training if necessary, and take and follow appropriate medical advice in relation to my participation, and to consider whether there is any insurance I wish to put in place in relation to my participation (for example, private medical insurance, or insurance related to any expenses I incur such as travel to Netheravon if it turns out I cannot participate on the day).

I will use my best endeavours to raise money for Naomi House & Jacksplace in connection with my participation in the skydive day to fulfil my pledge in taking up a place that I will raise at least £395. 

Any fundraising I undertake in connection with my participation in the skydive day will be for Naomi House & Jacksplace and I will pay all funds raised directly to Naomi House & Jacksplace.

I will immediately inform Naomi House & Jacksplace if anything happens which puts my participation in doubt. The charity is to receive 25% of the target one month prior to the event, 50% of the target two weeks prior to event and 100% of the target one month after the event

I will ask all sponsors (unless they are donating via my online sponsorship page) to complete all fields on the sponsorship form which will include an option for sponsors to ensure their donation also attracts gift aid.

I understand and will make clear to all sponsors that sponsorship money is given by way of donation and once given is not generally refundable, even if I fail to take part in, or withdraw from, the skydive day.

If I produce any fundraising materials which use the Naomi House & Jacksplace name or logo, I will obtain Naomi House & Jacksplace prior approval of these before they are used or distributed, and on all materials I will include the words “Naomi House is a charity registered in England, number 2601495”.

I acknowledge that Naomi House & Jacksplace cannot and does not take responsibility for any losses in connection with my fundraising or otherwise in connection with my participation in the Skydive day.
