Lead Forensics’ record-breaking Charity Hustle

Employees from the Portsmouth office of software company, Lead Forensics, recently took part in our Charity Hustle challenge, which is a team building activity where teams hustle for free items that our hospices are need of.

There were 35 enthusiastic team members from Lead Forensics taking part, which were split into seven teams, competing against each other. Their goal was to break Naomi House & Jacksplace’s record of £10,000 worth of donated items.

They hit the ground running; making phone calls, sending emails and taking over high streets to secure vital items for our hospices. By the end of the day, the team secured just over £10,500 in donated items! Donated goods included vouchers, a camera for our care team, sensory books, a Nintendo Switch and more!

We spoke with two of employees who took part in the hustle:

It was such a privilege for the Lead Forensics marketing department to be able to help out Naomi House & Jacksplace. I’m so proud of the work and enthusiasm that everybody showed, resulting in over £10,500 worth of donations raised in just a matter of hours. The team was really touched by the vital work that Naomi House & Jacksplace do in our local community, and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

— Lilah Waite, Group Chief Marketing Officer at Lead Forensics Portsmouth

It was fantastic to work with Naomi House & Jacksplace, and for our marketing team to take part in the hustle. It was a great way to get everybody involved and was a fun day for everyone, as well as raising funds for an incredible cause.
