Last month we were absolutely delighted to welcome acclaimed children's authors Andy Hussey and Margie Sturton to Naomi House & Jacksplace for a very special day of stories and fun.
Thanks to the incredible generosity of Partridge Hampshire and thank you to Partridge MINI for the goodie bags, children and their families were treated to a magical day filled with laughter, imagination, and delicious pizza. Andy and Margie dedicated their time to bringing their stories to life through captivating reading sessions and interactive games, creating a truly memorable experience for all. It was wonderful to see the children and a group of bereaved siblings play together and dive into their imaginations.
The day ended on a high note with a tasty lunch and a special goodie bag for each child, filled with copies of the authors’ books and fun stickers to take home. It was a perfect reminder of a joyful and heart-warming day.

It was an absolute delight to visit Naomi House and spend time with the sibling group, these sessions are no doubt invaluable. Everyone was so welcoming and engaged, it was a real privilege. We had fun exploring the grounds and looking closer at nature - the main ethos for my children’s picture books. It was also really lovely to understand more about the offering and all the great work Naomi House does. The story time, pizza and red arrows really topped off a wonderful morning. Thank you to everyone involved. Such a memorable occasion for so many reasons.
After meeting authors at the Winchester Book Festival, our Marketing Manager, Kellie Good, saw an opportunity to arrange a special event for Naomi House & Jacksplace. Authors Andy Hussey and Margaret Sturton joined the children for a day of creating art, making picture trailers, and writing stories. We were honored to provide a fun and memorable experience while supporting a local charity that offers incredible care and comfort to children and their families. We look forward to continuing our support in the future
We're so fortunate to have amazing supporters like Partridge BMW, who devote their imagination and resources to envisage and create special events like this for our children and families.
