HR Trustee

Closing date: 15/05/2019

Location: Naomi House, Near Winchester

Unpaid voluntary position

Key responsibilities:

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced, professional and compassionate individual to help shape the future direction of a respected regional charity.

Naomi House & Jacksplace provides palliative and respite care for children, young adults and their families from seven counties across the south of England. With two purpose built hospices situated in the Hampshire countryside and an expanding community service, our promise is to deliver individualised care at a time when families need us most. Our ambition is high, our standards are first rate and our staff and volunteers are committed to maintaining both. We are now seeking to recruit an experienced HR professional to our Trustee board to ensure that we continue to achieve our goals and keep that promise.

If you are looking for a rewarding experience where you can put your professional skills to good use, then we would love to hear from you. We're especially looking for those with experience in a senior or board level strategic HR role. Previous exposure to the charitable sector would also be an advantage. More important, however, is the desire to make a difference.
