Nurse Associate

Closing date: 18/11/2019

Location: Naomi House, Near Winchester

Salary:

£24,000 to £25,000

Key responsibilities:

At Naomi House and Jacksplace, we are extremely proud of the excellent care we provide to   children, young people and their families, and equally proud of all the people who work with us. We’re also proud of a new and exciting opportunity in our Care Team. We are now looking for registered Nursing Associates to work as part of a multi-professional team in a role that is new for us and new to the children’s hospice sector.

Ours is a unique environment. You get to work in a specialised palliative care setting focusing on delivering holistic quality care. You will already have recognised skills and experience as a current Nursing Associate and we can support you to develop your knowledge and clinical skills associated with the complex care needs of our children and young people.
With your NMC registration (as a Nursing Associate), you need to bring good communication skills, a positive approach and a caring and compassionate nature.  We can offer you a great team of colleagues right across the Trust with one shared goal – to make a difference. Our environment is state of the art, our location is stunning and our work is rewarding and if you’d like to be part of all that, we’d love to hear from you.

Benefits include a generous holiday allowance, enhanced rates for shift work, pension (continuation in the NHS scheme for those who qualify) and free on-site parking. Part-time working available at a minimum of 22.5 hours a week.
