Naomi House & Jacksplace are holding our very first Fire & Lego Walk and we'd love you to be part of it!
On the 8th February 2019, please join in with our very first Fire Walk or Lego Walk from 4pm-9pm at The Holiday Inn in Winchester.
Fire walking is the practice of walking barefoot over hot coals or wood. When the fire has burned to red hot embers it is raked level and prepared for the walk. The temperature will be around 649 degrees Celsius. The sensation is described as walking on eggshells or walking on hot sand with no known experience of pain.
No prior training is required apart from a one hour seminar that would take place just before the event.
There is no strenuous physical exercise involved and no medical restrictions to part take in fire walking.
An alternative to the Fire Walk, is the Lego Walk. This activity is great for both children and adults.
