Be part of the AJ Bell Great South Run
The event attracts thousands of runners from elite athletes to enthusiastic amateurs.
Covering a distance of 10 miles, the scenic route takes runners past historic landmarks and along the picturesque seafront.
This route is perfect for all running abilities from beginner’s right through to experienced runners trying to beat a PB.
Entry is £25 per person and we kindly ask that you aim to raise a minimum £175 in sponsorship.

He and his team will give you the best top tips and advice to support you in your running challenge as well as a training guide.

You will also get support from Kris & Lucy at Winchester Wellness. Kris is an osteopath and Lucy is a physiotherapist & clinical Pilates instructor. They will provide you with little bite size pieces of advice within the group as well as answering any injury, recovery, or pain questions that you may have.
