Join us next summer for the wonderfully popular Clarendon Way Walk! Now in it's 13th year, the walk is our biggest fundraising event, raising vital funds to help us care for children and young adults living with life-limiting and life-threatening illnesses from across the south. Choose from two walks, including taking in the beautiful countryside of Broughton and idyllic city landmarks of Winchester.
The two walks to choose from include:
Winchester to Salisbury: 26 miles
This walk starts at 7.45am at Winchester Cathedral, with check in open from 7am and the warm up at 7.35am. It follows the beautiful route of the historic Clarendon Way, finishing in Market Square, right in the middle of Salisbury town centre. 26 miles long, the walk encompasses a diverse range of terrain and will take about 9 hours, so please make sure that you are physically prepared for the challenge.
Please note: There is a new finishing location for the Winchester to Salisbury route - right in the bustling centre of Salisbury.
Broughton to Salisbury: 12 miles
This walk starts at Broughton, almost halfway along the Clarendon Way. This is a wonderful, less challenging walk with outstanding views across open countryside and farmland. You are welcome to start any time between midday to 1.30pm.
