We are an independent charitable organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life of children and young people who are life-limited, and their families.

Naomi House is situated 10 miles north of Winchester in the village of Sutton Scotney. Our Fundraising and Retail management teams are based in Winnall, on the outskirts of Winchester.

We can offer 28 days holiday, plus public holidays. Staff who join the Trust and are already active members of the NHS pension scheme, have the option to remain in it. Alternatively all staff can join a Group Contributory Pension Scheme. Some positions may be eligible for relocation assistance.

We also can offer continuous staff development and training opportunities. All Care Team members will be supported by individual and group supervision.

All successful applicants will be asked to apply for an Enhanced Disclosure from the Criminal Records Bureau.

Student Placements

We are able to offer 2 student placements at any one time and currently take students from Southampton and Bournemouth Universities. We may also be able to consider other placements from other institutions and specialisms.

We hold regular Professional Visits on the first Wednesday of each month.

We are also looking for volunteers to supplement and enhance the work of our permanent members of staff in areas ranging from helping to prepare the meals for the children and families in the kitchen, to working in one of our shops or helping to organize and run our fundraising activities.
