Referrals

Referrals for respite care can be made by the family, a neighbour or a professional known to the child or young person. Contact can be made by calling the care management team on 01962 760555 or care@naomihouse.org.uk.

Once we have permission from the child's parents we will collect information to make an assessment based on our acceptance criteria and whether we are able to meet the needs of the child or young person and their family.

Referrals for children and young people who are at the end of life are managed promptly and the referral process can be fast tracked.
