Naomi House welcomes referrals from across central southern England.
To meet our criteria, children must be under the age of 18 and diagnosed with a life-limiting or life-threatening condition as defined by Together For Short Lives. Referrals can come from any source (e.g. the family, the GP, hospitals, consultants or community nursing teams), provided that the child's parent or main carer is aware of the referral and has given their consent.
