Supporting children with life-limiting conditions
Naomi House welcomes referrals from across the Central South of England. To meet our criteria children and young people must be under the age of 18 and diagnosed with a life limiting or life threatening condition as defined by ACT (Association of Children's Palliative Care).
Referrals can come from any source (e.g. the family, the GP, hospitals, consultants or community nursing teams), provided it is with the knowledge and consent of the child's parent or main carer.
