Our Expertise

Support for children with life-limiting conditions

Wessex Children’s Hospice Trust offers a network of specialist care and support to children and young people who have life limiting or life threatening illnesses, and their families. Our services are offered at two hospices, Naomi House and jacksplace, and through a community team who offer support at home.

Children stay at  Naomi House for short breaks, emergency and end of life care. The community team gives support to the families, in the home, for up to 4 hours a day, every day of the year.

For more information, please select an option from the left hand navigation to view further details about our care services for families/carers, children, young people and healthcare professionals.

If you would like to find out to refer a child or young person to us, please visit our referrals page.
