Shannon enjoys a respite visit at jacksplace
Naomi House opened jacksplace, a purpose built hospice for young adults, in January 2010. The team at jacksplace provides a range of support that helps the young person and their families.
The charity offers young people with life limiting, and life threatening, conditions the opportunity to visit for respite stays, emergency care and end of life support.
In the future we hope to expand the variety of services we offer. We are working with the young adults, their families and healthcare professionals to ensure that the new services meet their needs.
