Moonlight Walk Series
• All walks are now available to men too – so come and join the girls on this fun night out!
• Watch out Berkshire! In addition to our Newbury Moonlight Walk we have now added Reading to the series! The Reading Moonlight Walk will be a joint event with Helen & Douglas House based in Oxford, another children’s and young person’s hospice, which will make this event particularly special.
The dates for each Moonlight Walk are as follows:
Newbury – Saturday 24th March 2012 – Newbury Rugby Club
Reading – Saturday 31st March 2012 – Rivermead Leisure Centre, Reading
We would like to invite you and all of your friends, family and colleagues to join us at one of the above Naomi House Moonlight Walks, an 8km (5 mile) stroll under the stars, in aid of your local children’s hospice. Sponsorship raised through participation in this enjoyable event will help us continue providing crucial care services, free of charge, to children, young adults and their families, as its costs us £5 million a year to run Naomi House and jacksplace.
The event is also a fantastic and unique way to spend quality time with friends and family; enjoy refreshments en route and wear your Naomi House Moonlight Walk t-shirt with pride! Upon finishing the route all walkers will be given a medal to demonstrate their achievements, knowing each step taken contributed to the much-needed work of the Naomi House. The evening starts at 8pm at each venue, where you will register, collect your t-shirt and take part in a group warm up and stretch.
Registration £15 adults/£10 children. Please book your place online for Newbury walk, or call the Naomi House fundraising office on 01962 843513. Minimum age to take part is 12. Under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult.

Volunteers needed too!
If you would rather not take part in the walk on the night, there is lots you could help us with on the night, including setting up. Marshalling the route, registering the walkers and a final tidy up! Please contact us for more information.
Have your say. . . .
