Support for young people at jacksplace

Naomi House children’s hospice has built a new unit called jacksplace, next door to Naomi House that will enable us to provide support to life-limited young people, and their families, from across Berkshire, Dorset, Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Surrey, West Sussex and Wiltshire. If you are over 18 years old we may be able to provide you with respite or palliative care to help you cope with your condition.

You will need to be referred to stay at jacksplace and receive the help we provide. Either you, your consultant, community nurse or your family can make a referral so that you can access the services at jacksplace.

For more information please contact us, or call the Hospice Office on 01962 760060
