IBM Basingstoke Challenge
An enthusiastic team from IBM Basingstoke took on a challenge in October to raise £1,000 to pay for the New Year’s Eve Party at jacksplace. They immediately launched a programme of fundraising events including a car boot sale, quiz night, cake sale, Christmas Fayre and Avon evening.
The fundraising total currently stands at £1,050, and the team are adding to this by generously donating money in lieu of Christmas cards. Team Leader, Gill Marsh commented: ‘We are very proud to have helped make this New Year's Eve a very special and memorable one for the young people at jacksplace’.
Everyone at Naomi House and jacksplace would like to say a big thank you to Gill and her friends for working so hard to raise this fantastic amount for a very special cause.
