Groups fundraising
Naomi House relies on the support of local groups from across our region.
There are many opportunities to get involved! Please join us and become part of the team. From rugby clubs to Rotary clubs.... choirs to classic car owners clubs…. Women’s Institutes to golf clubs….churches to line dancing groups join in fundraising to help us provide respite breaks to children and families from your area.

To take the hard work out of planning an event, we have put a list of hints and tips together and we can even provide you with a list of ideas for different types of events that always prove popular and successful. You can also down load a fundraising pack,
Learn about the children’s hospice. Contact us to arrange for one of the team to come and talk all about the care we provide to local children and families. We are always so pleased to and look forward to your call.
Voluntary fundraising groups
Our fundraising groups and committees are among our most committed and loyal supporters. They fulfil two vital roles – they raise funds, and very importantly, awareness of our work in local communities throughout central southern England.
All the members give up their own time to support our work. No matter how large or small, all our groups are dedicated to helping us achieve our aim of raising the funds to provide care and support to life-limited children and their families.
Starting a group is a great way of making new friends. Being in a group can help you develop new skills such as media relations, event organisation and public speaking.
We have co-ordinators on hand to provide our groups with help, advice and materials .
Voluntary fundraising groups are crucial to our work because they act as our local representatives, talking to schools and community groups, organising fundraising events and raising our profile through the local media. Why not join one or set up a new one?
If you would like to find out more about joining or starting a Support Group please call 01962 843513 or fundraising@naomihouse.org.uk or find out about local group events in your area
