Care and support for good days, difficult days and last days.
Caring for a child or young person suffering from a life-limiting condition is often a 24-hour job, and can be physically, emotionally and financially demanding for families.
In addition to caring for children and young people with life-limiting conditions, Naomi House also offers support to the immediate family in order to help to relieve them of some of the pressures of being a carer, as well as a parent.
All of our care services are offered from either the hospices themselves or from our community service. They are available free of charge 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. These services include:
There are also further opportunities for external counselling and support (at an additional cost). These can be found by visiting the Counselling Directory website.
If you are the parent of a child with a life-limiting or life-threatening condition, please browse through our website for more information on the services that we have to offer. You can also contact our Care Team for an informal chat about how we may be able to help your family.
