Employee fundraising is a great way to engage with staff, encourage cross departmental working and generate positive PR in the local community.
Opportunities include sponsored events, raffles, cake-stalls, safety award schemes, book sales, monthly dress-down days and team challenges. Your company could also take part in one of our seasonal campaigns.

Fundraising ideas to inspire your team
DRESS DOWN (OR UP!) DAYS
- Take part in seasonal campaigns like Tea at 3, Wear Your Wellies to Work or Freaky Friday
- Dress down days – theme them depending on time of year (Halloween, Bonfire Night, Christmas, Easter, Valentine’s Day, St George’s/Patrick’s/David’s/Andrew’s day)
- Sports tournament – rounders, five-a-side football, netball, single wicket cricket, swimathon etc
- Cake sale and competition for the best decorated cake
- Don’t bin it – donate it (everyone brings in one item they don’t wear and donates it to sell in our shops)
- Donate in lieu of Christmas cards.
There are many other ways you can support us at work. Have a charity donation box in the staff canteen, recycle and raise funds for Naomi House or sell merchandise on your reception.
