Emergency Support
The team at jacksplace will help when you need it most. They can give you the support you need to get through a crisis. There is no such thing as a typical emergency, but they may include the sudden illness of a family member or step down care when a referred person has been in hospital and is not ready to go home.
If you think you have an emergency that will affects a life limited young adult call us and we will advise you about the help we are able to give.
In some instances we may be able to offer the young person a number of emergency respite nights at jacksplace. Or it may be better if we provide some respite care in your own home. Our team will discuss the options with you.
If you have been referred to jacksplaceor you need support for someone with a life limiting condition you can request emergency support by calling the care office on 01962 760 555.
