The Hospice Outreach Team from Naomi House will aim, once long term funding has been secured, to provide support for your child and your family in your own home at times when you are experiencing a crisis or dealing with an emergency situation yourselves.
Unfortunately this service is currently suspended at the present time as a result of the Icelandic banking crisis.
