Microsoft's Store Wars could raise £35,000 for Naomi House!
Enthusiastic staff from the Developer & Platform Evangelism division of Microsoft UK’s Head office in Reading took the Store Wars Challenge to new heights when they ran nine of our charity shops for the day and generated over £17,000 in shop takings and donations. Despite stiff competition from Winchester and our new charity shop in Waterlooville, the team at Fareham were declared the Store Wars Champions. However, Naomi House proved to be the real winner when Director of DPE, Mark Taylor, confirmed that Microsoft would match most of the amounts raised which we hope will make a grand total of £35,000!
