About Naomi House and Jacksplace
Naomi House and Jacksplace provide essential care and support to life-limited and life-threatened children, young adults and their families from across central southern England.
It costs around £7million a year to provide our services which include respite, end of life care, emergency and bereavement support.
90% of our income is donated by local people, businesses and trusts.
Naomi House
Naomi House provides care to children with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions. We are open 24/7 365 days a year and offer respite care, emergency support, a hospice at home service and family support.
We help all family members including brothers, sisters and grandparents. The team at Naomi House offers the families who visit the opportunity to take part in activities and special events to help them cope with the difficult circumstances they face day to day.
Jacksplace
Jacksplace is our hospice for young people with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions. Located next door to Naomi House, Jacksplace provides an environment specifically designed to provide privacy, dignity and independence for those in our care.
Jacksplace is unique in our region and like Naomi House, is reliant on the generosity of the public across central southern England.
Local support
Naomi House has been providing care to life-limited children since 1997. This has been possible because of the generosity of local supporters across the region.
With only 10% of funding coming from the Department of Health, the help we offer local children and young people could not continue without the generous support of the communities we serve.
Can we help?
Naomi House and Jacksplace accept referrals for babies, children and young adults who have a life-limiting or life-threatening condition and require palliative care and support.
