Seussical the Musical

Summer 2008 sees HumDrum return to the New Theatre Royal, Portsmouth with the smash-hit Broadway Musical 'Seussical', running from 1st - 5th July

Seussical is a fantastic, frenetic, fun family show based largely on the story 'Horton Hears A Who', but with added extra's!  All of the Seuss favourites are here, from the Grinch to the legendary Cat-in-the-Hat, and it's the Cat himself who steers us through the story of Horton the elephant's endeavours to protect the people of Who-ville.

The Whos live on a tiny speck of dust, but only Horton can see and hear them...and when trouble threatens, only Horton can save the day - or can he?

It's funny, it's slick, and it's got a vocal score that will make you laugh and then bring a big lump to your throat.

And the kids will love it - aged seven to seventy!

In the end it's about the rewards of good, clean living, keeping promises add - most of all - believing in yourself!
